1. Introduction
Welcome to Matchless Mobile Bar Services LLC (“Matchless Mobile Bar,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services, submitting an inquiry, or using our website (matchlessmobilebar.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services or website.
2. Service Overview
Matchless Mobile Bar provides mobile bartending services, handcrafted mixers, bespoke cocktail menus, and trailer-bar experiences for private and corporate events across the Greater Houston area.
We serve alcoholic beverages supplied by the client, as well as non-alcoholic beverages, specialty mixers, and bar ingredients.
All services are subject to availability, venue restrictions, and compliance with Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code and applicable laws.
3. Booking & Payments
3.1 Booking Requests
Submitting a request through our website does not guarantee availability. A booking is considered confirmed only when:

A service proposal or agreement is issued

A required deposit is paid

Matchless Mobile Bar sends written confirmation
3.2 Deposits
Initial Deposit (30%)
Upon initial booking, Matchless will issue an invoice for a 30% deposit based on expected services.
This deposit:

Must be paid within 3 days of invoice
-
Is non-refundable
-
Is transferable one time with 60+ days’ notice, subject to date availability
3.3 Secondary Payment (40%)
A secondary payment of 40% of the expected invoice total is due 45 days before the event. This payment covers:

Materials
-
Ingredient sourcing
-
Commissary expenses
If the event is canceled 30+ days prior, this payment is refundable minus costs already incurred.
3.4 Final Balance
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event. All funds become non-refundable once inside the 14-day window.
3.5 Payment Methods
We accept digital payments through Square and other approved processors.
Cash is not accepted for deposits.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
4.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations

More than 60 days before event: Deposit is forfeited but transferable once.

60–30 days before event: Deposit forfeited; secondary payment refunded minus costs incurred.

Less than 30 days before event: All payments to date are non-refundable.
4.2 Rescheduling
One complimentary date change is allowed with 60+ days’ notice, pending availability.
4.3 Matchless-Initiated Cancellations
We may cancel or suspend service due to:

Unsafe or unlawful conditions
-
Severe weather
-
Venue access issues
-
Violations of these Terms
In such cases, a prorated refund or alternate date may be offered.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 Venue Requirements
Clients must provide:

A safe, level setup area (minimum 16 ft x 8 ft for trailer service)
-
Adequate towing access and clearance
-
Venue approval for bar service
-
Access to power when required
5.2 Safety & Conduct
Matchless staff may refuse or discontinue service if:
-
Underage drinking is suspected
-
Guests behave aggressively or unsafely
-
The environment violates Texas law
-
Conditions pose safety risks to staff or equipment
5.3 Damage & Liability
Clients are responsible for damages to the bar trailer, equipment, décor, or property caused by guests, vendors, or event conditions.
6. Weather & Environmental Policies
6.1 Outdoor Standalone Limitations
Standalone (non-trailer) outdoor service is unavailable when:

Ambient temperatures exceed 85°F
-
Weather includes heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe winds
Clients may relocate service indoors, move it under cover, or upgrade to trailer service (subject to availability).
6.2 Rain Contingency
Clients must provide a covered service area large enough to protect:

The bar
-
Staff
-
Equipment
-
Ingredients and tools
If adequate cover is not provided, Matchless may delay or suspend service until conditions improve.
6.3 Safety & Responsibility Clause
Matchless staff reserve the right to end service early if:
-
Guest behavior becomes unsafe
-
Intoxication levels pose a risk
-
Conditions jeopardize staff or equipment
Decisions are made at Matchless’s sole discretion.
7. Alcohol Policy
Matchless Mobile Bar provides professional bartending services for alcoholic beverages supplied by the client.
We do not sell, purchase, or deliver alcohol.
7.1 Client-Supplied Alcohol
Clients agree to:

Purchase and supply all alcoholic beverages

Comply with all Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code requirements

Ensure alcohol arrives onsite prior to service
-
Provide accurate headcounts and consumption expectations
Matchless will:

Chill, prepare, mix, and serve alcohol
-
Verify ID when necessary
-
Refuse service to minors or intoxicated guests
7.2 Responsible Service
We may:

Cut off service to visibly intoxicated guests
-
Remove unattended alcohol
-
Suspend service if laws or safety protocols are compromised
7.3 Client Liability
Because alcohol is client-purchased, clients assume full responsibility for:

Legal compliance
-
Guest behavior
-
Alcohol-related incidents
Clients agree to indemnify Matchless Mobile Bar for any claims resulting from alcohol provision or consumption.
7.4 Alcohol Quantity Estimates
Shopping lists and recommendations are provided as estimates only and not guarantees of consumption.
8. Equipment & Trailer Access
8.1 Electrical Requirements
If a generator is not included (such as for standalone service), clients must provide an electrical power source meeting the specifications outlined in their service agreement.
8.2 Site Access
Delays caused by restricted access, unprepared grounds, or inaccurate event information may result in additional fees.
9. Photography & Media
Matchless may photograph or film our setup for marketing use unless you request otherwise in writing prior to your event.
Guests will not be identified without permission.
10. Liability & Indemnification
Matchless Mobile Bar is not liable for:

Injuries or accidents occurring outside our immediate service area

Alcohol-related incidents
-
Weather-related delays
-
Venue-related hazards
-
Property damage not caused by our negligence
Clients agree to indemnify Matchless from claims involving:

Alcohol consumption

Guest misconduct
-
Venue hazards
-
Third-party vendors
11. Website Use
By using matchlessmobilebar.com, you agree not to:

Attempt unauthorized access

Use the site for harmful activities
-
Copy content without written permission
